I've advised on some of the largest and most complex financial transactions of all time, invested in and built companies across sectors that I believe in, and written and painted my way through harrowing experiences navigating metastatic cancer.
Now I'm building the world I want to exist through a new creative studio.
I am the co-founder of Batuta, an Enterprise Security Posture Management company. I previously founded Neopolis, a VR company that partnered with Mattel. Earlier, I was an investor at IVP, deploying over $140 million into high-growth technology companies, and worked in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan.
I graduated from Brown University with honors and competed on the Division I crew team.
I am most often found between San Francisco, airplanes, somewhere in the woods, the liminal spaces of hospitals, events I am creating, and the Pacific and Atlantic oceans.
I write about love, life, cancer, and the miraculous thrill of being alive. My philosophical inquiry drives me down frequent rabbit holes, and occasionally, back up with something useful. Sometimes I write poems. Sometimes I write books. Sometimes I paint my words instead.

My art explores the natural world and our relation to it. I work primarily at a large scale, utilizing wood, pyrography, charcoal, and oil paints. I explore a variety of different ways to channel emotions through visual form, rooting back to the wisdom of trees.
In this series, each panel is a tree. Together, they are a forest.
